They changed their name from First United Property Management to G & D Property Management and moved to a new location: 412 Eisenhower Lane N, Lombard, IL 60148. Don't be fooled though, it's still the same group of incompetents running the show: Mark Maute, Dave Grill, Mark Miller, and Mike Vandeman.
All of the reviews here are true, this ""company"" is absolutely horrible. Our property is falling apart because of their negligence. You can forget about trying to call them to do anything about it, they don't answer the phone, return phone calls, or respond to emails. The only thing they do well is collect the association dues.
If you're looking for a property management company, I strongly urge you to NEVER do business with G & D Property Management! If you are currently living in a property managed by them, urge your board of directors to drop them like a bad habit. A company this incompetent does not deserve to exist.
