Absolutely horrible service attendants. A machine took my money and they refused to refund it even after they came over and watched me put more money it (it didn't work), one drying machine stopped after only 18 minutes, and the lady at the counter kept saying she would call the cops because I asked to speak to a manager or even get a managers name from her since I thought maybe I just had to ask management if I wanted my money back and not the attendant like some business require.
