I was a little concerned about buying property at a Real Estate auction. However, I saw an ad for a Rick Levin auction and decided to visit an open house. After going to the open house, I decided to attend the auction. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. I ended up getting a great value on a property in downtown Chicago (west loop). I am still amazed how easy it was. The auction was both professional and fun. It's hard to explain the adrenaline rush when bidding for a property. I recommend everyone who is looking for an investment or a new home to check out Rick Levin auctions.
Pros: Unbelievable opportunities, great potential real estate buys, professional, fun and easy
Cons: none I could find -- unless someone outbids you on a property you really want
