Review content:
Kanki is one of the best in the triangle for sushi. I haven't been to Waraji for years, so I don't know which is better, but Kanki is the best at least in the Durham/Chapel Hill area in my opinion. The chef is from Japan, and he makes good sushi, both nigiri and non-traditional rolls.
When i go there, I go to the sushi bar section and just get sushi. The hibachi section is good and entertaining, but not worth the money for me.
The atmosphere and service aren't that great, but I'm still giving it 5 stars because their sushi is very good.
