Arrived for my 11AM appointment at 10:45. Waited in waiting area until 12PM without any communication from receiptionist. At 12PM I asked when I would be seen as was told the Dr came in late this morning and is running behind and that there was still another paitent ahead of me. Why they didn't tell me that he was so far behind when I arrived at 10:45 I'll never know. God forbid they call to tell you before you leave for the office. This office does not respect your time.
