Review content:
I had been referred Foundry Orthopedics by my PCP who said he has ""heard great things"" Without hesitation, and considering that I have had the same primary physician for over 15 years, I went ahead and made an appointment. The building is absolutely beautiful, but that is where the positive experience ended. After waiting for OVER AN HOUR I asked the girls how much longer it would be and they said that the doctor was running behind and that I should have anticipated a wait as I was a new patient and would have to fill out appropriate paperwork etc. Not only was the patient packet sent to me 2 weeks before the appointment which I had filled out before I arrived, but I had arrived 30 mins earlier!!! It was so incredibly frustrating. By the time I was seen I was so upset that it ruined my entire experience all together. I wish I had not necessarily taken the word of my trusted PCP and had looked into this business ahead of time. I am grateful that there is a forum out there such as this so that we as consumers/patients, etc can voice our opinions to warn others to go elsewhere. I too, agree with the earlier posting regarding the caliber of staff there at the facility.
Pros: Pretty building
Cons: Rude staff. Long wait.
