Review content:
In light of the very bad weather we received in the Baltimore County area, specifically in Pikesville, Owings Mills and New Town it perplexes me that this company was not honorable or civic by not towing stranded drivers vehicles less than 10 hours after the last snow flake fell. I inquired with a few other area tow companies and some did the humane thing and did not tow any vehicles, while this company took advantage of the hardships of others and used it to opportunistically remove citizens cars from streets without notifying the citizen. I had to call around to several northwestern county police precincts to find out where my car was.The police department gave me numbers to area tow companies. I learned that my car was at Pikesville Auto. Then I called the this tow company and they told me that I had to pay about 300 dollars to get my car out for less than 12 hours of storage. If any others in the area find that their cars were towed to this company's lot please follow up with your council person or State's Attorney General and the BBB. Don't let this company get away with this.
