I was very dissapointed during my last visit to Acme Muffler & Brake. I had been twice before and found the customer service to be good; however, upon returning the third time I was treated rudely by the manager, who seem to take offense, as I attemped to explain my car was getting loud again. He stated ""they do quality work"" (I had a muffler installed several months ago) and kept insisting that nothing was wrong with my car . This was confusing to me because I was only asking for their help in finding the problem, not inferring that they did bad work. It was humiliating, I will never go back.
