Restaurant is real great value for the money.
The tortilla chips came very quickly, the chips were round store bought variety. The salsa was very good though lacking cilantro.
Ordered Mexican plate which includes taco, enchlada, tamale and tostada in chicken or beef. And a chile relleno on the side. I asked to have the tostada removed and substitute the chile relleno for an additional amount and beef for everything else.
The chile relleno was your typical chile stuffed with cheese, but the coating was different from what is served in California. The coating was more of a omelette encasing the chile. A real different but surprisingly good change.
The rest of the meal was very good.
I would highly recommend this restaurant for Mexican food in Fairbanks.
