Never tried their cheesecake but trying to order a wedding cake from them was a headache!!!!! None of them knew the answer to anything and when they asked someone else...they would come back with the wrong information. I would find this out at my finalization appointment where I thought I could get all the exact information I needed. The person who helped us couldn't answer anything. She couldn't even give us suggestions when we asked for them. Ended up not being helpful at all but incredibly rude!!!!!! Not only that but she made us feel as if we were in the wrong and was hardly apologetic.....Even when we found out the cake sizes (we were told we could order) were given to us wrong.....thus making the price of the cake much more expensive than anticipated. We're not picky or demanding at all but we had to bail on this place.
