I had nothing but problems with these people from the second I moved in. The carpet stank and even after it was ""professionally"" cleaned the smell wouldn't go away. It took almost two months for them to replace blinds that were broken when I first moved in. My ""neighbors"" smoked in their unit and that made mine smell. The walls probably hadn't seen a fresh coat of paint since the place was built and to top it all off there were numerous times when tenants next door solicited me to buy them beer. I didn't feel safe, one of the other tenants had his unit broken into and his television stolen. Stay away!!!!
