STAY AWAY! I own a biz iin local area and got this treatment! i took classic parts unlimited over 15 pieces of chrome and aluminum to have refinished april 2006, after getting the run around until september or later i found out from lou that they had lost all my stuff ( grille, headlight bezels, birds, lower valance trim, etc) After even more time and research found that there is two companies which lou started. lou is registered through the state of washington as business owner for both but his son mike is on the biz licence after threating to take legal action lou gave me used parts back including a broken grille ) I was still out about half of parts sent in and still today have hard time finding to replace and lou has vanished! i did dispute the charges for the deposit i placed which my cc company reinbursed me for but I would never recommend anyone to do business with him. I made several attempts to give him opportunity to make this right but he seems not to care. Notes : Lou is registered owner through sec of state(WA) therefore responsible for business(s). His store in kent closed over a month ago. He tells people he is not responsible. Its public record check it yourself! u can find it online
