I have used the service of Kitsap Home Rental for over 8 years. The ownership has changed but not the service. They are just as promot and polite as they always have been. I was shocked to see the vile posting of the last poster! I googled KSHR to get their fax # so I could fax over to potential applicants for them to screen and felt I had to post something to refute the last P. off person. I also understand that if you choose the wrong renter the owner must take responsibility for their choice and how they interact with the wrong renter is crutial in getting them out of your home upon default. It is too bad this person had to blame KSHR for their problem.
Pros: Personal Care and service.
