Review content:
Charged $200 for a 15 minute visit, (and if you question this, they pull out their ""union wage sheet"" as if that justifies these outrageous fees.) They did not have any basic parts along to fix anything, so basically just confirmed what I told them was wrong. Forgot to order parts, forgot to call me to reschedule to come back. Rescheduled, and then were a no-show, so I took off work for no reason. They had no explanation for why they did not call me to let me know they were canceling. Very disorganized business, I cannot find a single good review of them online. I think they hire random union plumbers, so don't have much control over the quality.
