I have rented my apartment for the past few years. There has been a couple of management company services that I have had to deal with in this time. Some have not done a very good job at returning phone calls and keeping on top of things. This company, Presidio Real Estate took over as landlord a few months ago. I thought ""here we go again"" and I was thinking about moving to avoid the problems. I called them to give notice. I spoke to Felix and then to Lydia. I told them about my problems and about some of the little problems in my small complex and in my unit. They had a handyman out the next day to fix little things in my unit. About a month later they somehow got a loud tenant that I told them about to move-out. I guess I don't have to move. I am happy things seem to me under control.
