I found Heritage Door after having a rather bad expierence with a competitor. I called Heritage got an appointment for a sales rep(michael) to come meet with us the following day. He showed up right on time and was very helpful in helping us pick out a door and opener that would work for us and our budget. The sales rep had many samples of the different models and colors and took the time to cover everything that would occur during our installation. The rep made us feel so comfortable we decided to give him a deposit. 2 days later the installer showed up (also on time) to install our new door.Our installer was courteous, clean, and his installation job was flawless. Everything that the sales rep told us happened the way he told us it would and the product samples he showed us is exactly what was installed. Great job Heritage Door!
