I NEEDED a wig and was referred to Wow Wigs an internet wig site. It's very hard to know if a particular style will look good since you can't try it on. I ordered, got it and it was very unflattering so, following their exchange rules to the max, I sent it back. I should have read these rules before ordering because the rude awakening was that I was only allowed ONE exchange and although my original fell under the FREE SHIPPING rule, the shipping is billed retroactively if you return an item for exchange. You are also billed a RESTOCKING FEE of $15! So my exhcanged wig cannot be shjipped free, I'll pay double shipping and an extra $15 for some yahoo to take it out of the shipping box and throw it on a shelf. Shipping had to take place within THREE days of obtaining an exchange code which you had to ask for by email within SEVEN days. I got my exchange back to them in 2 days but it will take 10-12 days to receive my exchange wig. Don't do business with this company without reading their exchange policy and know what to expect.
