Review content:
Sato 2 serves both Chinese and Japanese dishes which I found a big plus. They do get very crowded on weekend nights and the dining room is already small and cramped. I used to enjoy dining here, but of late, I have found their customer service skills lacking. If you dislike a dish (for example, their duck is very fatty and tough) and you let your server know, you will be treated to having the cook come out and rudely tell you that you don't know what you're talking about. So you do go here, keep your mouth shut and order conservatively.
Pros: Good selection of both Chinese and Japanese cuisine
Cons: Very small dining area, they don't take reservations, poor customer service
