This place is a disgrace. It is in a shopping center next to a pizza place, yet the owner thinks she is running a 5 star salon on Fifth Ave. The shop uses low end products, and even uses a color chart with the little fake hair to pick out your color. If I wanted to look at a piece of fake hair and choose my color I would buy it from a box at CVS. She also charges an absurd amount of money for her services. Which I don't understand since the level of experience goes as high as the local hair school. The girl who did my color got a tremendous amount of dye in my ears and all over my head and neck, and left it there until the end. The dye was goo ping on my ears. The color was horrible, I was very unhappy. Then when I asked to have it fixed the owner was resistant, and finally verbally abusive. I just ended up leaving. I don?t recommend this salon to anyone. If you go to lemon tree you will get the same outcome but you?ll save yourself 100 bucks.
