I had a very disappointing experience with this salon. I decided to try this salon because I had moved to the area and looked up salons that were close to my new home. I read a poor review of this salon on another site but made the mistake of not listening to the warning. I had the owner of the salon dye my hair. I selected the color off a chart and had my hair colored that color. After about a week and washing my hair just twice the color faded out of the top of my hair but the bottom was still the same color. I called the salon and made an appointment with the colorist who is also the owner to see what she would offer to do to fix it. Upon entering the salon I was not greeted with a friendly hello, instead the owner says to be before I even sit in the chair, what did I put in my hair! I explained that I used the very expensive shampoo that she had recommended. She stated that when I left the salon my hair was one color and that she is not responsible for what happens to my hair after I leave. She stated I must have put a cheap product in my hair to cause this to happen. I told her that I had not and had never used the things she was naming in my hair. She couldn't find the card with my info on it and stated she had to use something different to cover all my gray hair. I said what gray? I have long thick hair and have only a few pieces on my entire head. I explained that I never had this happen to me before and asked what she could do to fix it. She said she would have to charge to fix it. It was a luxury to hair my hair done in a salon. I had already paid her $85 for just the color and blowdry (no hair cut) plus tip so $100 down the drain. I am very disappointed not just with my hair but by the unprofessional way I was treated when I returned to report what had happened to my hair. Salons that don't provide quality service or at least stand by their work do not deserve your money. Please adhere this warning and try another salon.
