Review content:
The store is very cute and has some great consignment items. A little pricey for used items. However, the staff is RUDE, in particular the owner and her daughter. It wasn't so much that they were rude to me, but were obviously rude to a staff member and I take issue with any company that treats their staff poorly. If I had been talked to the way this grown woman was spoken to, I would have walked out right there. They also act like it is a chore to help you and expect you to know how they run things. I was taking a dress that my mom purchased for my daughter at their store in to be monogrammed and they seemed annoyed that I didn't know the procedure. I am hesitant to ever go back. They also seemed bothered by my kids, who were just being kids in a store. Not too loud or crazy, just excited and looking at things they liked. The daughter actually told my daughter to stop touching the bracelets that are clearly for children and were at my daughter's level. If you don't want to deal with kids... don't own a children's store!
