Review content:
Beautiful venue really, the place was clean and well maintained. The lawn was comfortable and provided a great view of not only the stage area, but also the skylines. The lawn didn't slope too much and was comfortable to sit or stand. The staff that works the venue however ruined my experience there. I don't think I'll ever go back. They were rude, difficult, and don't have any understanding of customer service. I'm not just talking one or 2 people, everyone from the ticket checkers, the concessions, parking, etc all provided horrible service. I was listening to 2 concession workers carry on a conversation about how terrible the crowd was if front of the entire area. I could rant about the specifics, but you get the idea. They obviously have forgotten that people pay to go there. Unfortunately, I will no longer be one of them. Save your money if you are thinking about going. The sound there is lacking as well.
Pros: clean and comfortable
Cons: service
