Out of all the communities I have ever lived in , Kensington was the absolute worst. The 'gates' on their community , people wait for others to exit to fly through or they wait for someone with access to go in. GATES SERVE NO PURPOSE but you having to wait for others in front to go in. They are disgustingly overpriced and every day waking up I regretted living there. The manager will 'cuss you out' she has NO sense of customer service and is quite frankly the worst manager I have ever seen run a company. With her as manager, it is clear how things are around the community. Severe severe flooding in which they tow cars DAILY just for you to be 'cussed out' about your car being towed and for you to call the towing company. Its unsafe as they are on the news frequently due to RAPE just 2 weeks ago. Some man cut the screen and raped a DEAF elderly lady. NO PIZZA PLACES WILL DELIVER TO KENSINGTON COMMONS! The keep the club house looking nice but once you drive onto the property, it speaks for itself. You would think the management would just CONSIDER being nice to the resident and CLEANING UP THAT DUMP OF A COMMUNITY, HOWEVER, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS YOUR MONEY! Worst community I have ever lived in and I am simply taking the time to inform anyone inquiring. Just drive through and see for youself. The youth around there has no parental supervision and they throw rocks at cars and homes. NOT JOKING ! Disgusting place.
