I can't believe I've never been at Chown before. I only went in to look at cabinet hardware and ended up finding everything I needed for my home. Sinks, faucets, toilets, towel bars, door knobs, and more. I provide great customer service in my industry and expect it when I shop. These guys are even better than I am at making sure THIS customer was completely satisfied. I was mostly impressed at how they were actually excited for my project. They even sent a guy out to my house to make sure I only bought what I actually needed. AND THEN, when the order came in from their Portland warehouse (only two days later), each piece was labeled, so that I didn't need to guess where it was supposed to go. I expected their prices to be outragous, if for no other reason than their selection and service were so great - wrong! I found Chown to be very competitively priced. Great selection, awesome customer service, fair pricing, and personal attention that I never get from the big box stores. I only wish the rest of my remodel would have gone as smoothly as the hardware and plumbing. Thank you Chown Hardware.
