I bought a heat pump from this company and had them install it. A month later, it stopped working. When they sent out a worker, he told me that it was their fault during installation because the electrician forgot to tighten some wire bolts and they came undone. He tightened them and told me ""no charge."" A couple days later, the company called and said there had been a mistake and I should have been charged. I spoke with them and they stated that the reason they were going to charge me is because the electrician was sub contracted through them and that I should request my money back from him. After multiple times of me requesting to speak with the CFO and never receiving a call, I got a bill in the mail. Then, I called them again and they changed their story. Now they are stating that when my house was built 3 years ago, the electrician forgot to tighten the bolts. Hmmmm.... funny since those wires had to be handled when they installed my heat pump. I explained to them that I felt that they installed incorrectly purposefully so they could then charge again when they had to come out a fix it. I have also asked repeatedly for my warranty information for my new heat pump and have yet to receive it. We had gotten several estimates and now wish we would have gone with a different company.
