This is my first posting on citysearch, but I felt it necessary to post my thoughts on my experience with Paper Passions. My fiance and I went to this highly recommended establishment hoping to receive the utmost professionalism and product...what we received was horrible, elementary service and a product that looked like a kindergartener compiled. We experienced numerous errors with our invitations and when trying to contact the store to get an answer via emails and phone calls and messages there was NO good explanation?if any at all! For all those brides out there DO NOT utilize this company's services when planning one of the most important days of your lives, your experience will more than likely end in unnecessary stress!!!
Pros: Ample Parking, Nice Ambience
Cons: Service, Follow-Up, Overall Product
