I needed a basic, nothing special AR Upper for my collection. After ordering from another company and waiting a week to find out it would be another 6 weeks I called ""R Guns"" to verify availability. The guy who answered said ""yes, we have all uppers in stock"". So I cancelled my order with the other company and ordered here. Even though it was $40 more, at least they had it in stock. I ordered Wednesday afternoon. I got a UPS Tracking number email Thursday. Great, I'd get it Monday, or so I thought. I kept checking UPS for tracking and nothing. Does not appear to be in UPS's hands. Monday - Nothing. Tuesday - Nothing - So I called. The girl that answered said they are behind and after looking up my order, assured me I would have it by Friday. So today (Wednesday), I called to check and would you believe, No Barrel! The guy had no idea when they will get them. He did offer another solution which was a different rifling. NOT what I want but it will do. As of tonight, it looks to have shipped and I should get it Friday. BOTTOM LINE: If you want to be lied to, want to pay more and not get what you want - Go to R Guns. I hope it works.
