I purchased a computer that happened to be defective. Since I live some distance from Fort Jackson, I only come to the post exchange when necessary. After fighting this computer shutting down, I decided this was one of those necessary days. It was then we found out that the exchange time was only 15 days and we were approaching 25 days.Needless to say, we were out of luck. THE EXCHANGE employees were not going to exchange the computer, or give back our purchase funds. We finally found a store assistant manager and explained the situation to her. She then got another manager. He finally agreed to replace our computer with the one on display. What a shock when we got home and started working with the ""DISPLAY"" unit. The hard drive has an inventory of the electronic section, has pictures of an award ceremony, and miscellaneous pictures of an outing. Can you trust the Exchange managers? I don't feel
