When I asked questions because I could not get a straight answer I was told to F*$# off and that I would have the cops called on me for asking questions as they called harrasment. I think that trying to figure out what is wrong with your truck is not harrasement and I would never recommend there service and be very weary if you are sent to them by your insurance company.
