A huge shout out for Roya who is a magician at correcting a bad dye job. I emailed and called the salon very upset over a horrible dye job another stylist had completely botched. I am in a profession where a good appearance is important and my hair was a disaster. Susan emailed me back within a few hours and the salon fit me inm for a consult within hours. Roya and another stylist brainstormed what to do and set an appointment the next day. Within two hours, Roya took my Halloween orange hair to a beautiful golden red and conditioned it to be silky and shiny from straw. I cannot recommend this salon enough for their kindness and the skill of Roya as far as color and color correction. I am looking forward to what she can do for my color when she does not have to start out with botched hair! She also does an amazing blow dry that put bounce into my fine hair that lasted a week!
