Review content:
I travel for work and must find a new salon every few weeks and therefore have been to quite a few establishments. Red Salon is certainly modern, has a fun atmosphere and friendly staff, however I was extremely disappointed in my esthetician. The room where the waxing is done was so dark that ""Alan"", my esthetician probably was unable to see all of the hairs that he missed when trying to wax my upper lip. He didn't give me a mirror to see if I was satisfied with the job and completely missed the middle part of my lip. He was not professional enough to even go over with a tweezer to get stray hairs. After my bill came to 16 dollars...above the average price of salons from Philadelphia to Nashville for a simple lip wax... I was a little irritated. While I did not have any hair services done, their selection of shampoo and hair products is NOT that of a high-end salon yet their services seem to be priced to a somewhat higher-end scale. Definetly not what I was expecting.
Pros: Fun atmosphere, friendly receptionists
Cons: low quality service
