Businiess name:  Avenue Bar & Grill

Review content:
We have eaten at the Avenue Grill twice in the past two weeks. The first time was for lunch, and our meal was excellent. The food was far better than we had hoped for, and the service was very attentive. Dinner was another story. Service was terrible -the entire staff was unattentive. We needed a knife that was sharp enough to cut our Ahi, but our waiter left the floor for over ten minutes, and no one else was ever came near enough to help. Our food was uncacceptable as well. The cioppino was very bland (tomato and old mussel flavor), the vegetables were cooked to death, and the plates needed a good towel around the edges. The food was overpriced. Not necessarily expensive, but worth far less than the $18.95 (Cioppino) and $19.95 (Ahi) that they charge. Pros: Great sandwiches, Good atmosphere Cons: Overpriced, Service
