We highly recommend Artistic!!! Have had 8 cars done there in 10+ years with minimal issues. Granted, some tinting issues can be more elemental and environmental than issues from the manufacturer/installer.
Took a Nissan Coupe in yesterday to have the Pinnacle Formula One tinting done (all around). Yes it's pricey but it's accompanied by a no-fault warranty and is the best!!! Also had windshield 'Air Blue'd' with a strip.
They have cheaper options - and many of them - if you don't want the best of the best. However, I will advise that if you are planning to keep your car or have leather interior just get the Pinnacle. It'll pay for itself in the gas you save due to a cooler interior during Bama's 6 months of scorching summer!!!
Never had a problem with Steve (Stephen?) or Tom at Artistic, even the one time I've had to take a car back. It was simply, 'Ok... where's the key and we'll take care of it!'
I had a Honda Civic Coupe where the seat belt latch was magnetically PULLED to the driver side window every time you let go of it. :) With the no fault warranty, they replaced it for me, no questions asked.
No reals cons except that they are almost an hour from me :) and the waiting area could use some revamping. The seating arrangement is small (four chairs) and far from comfortable. I realize that they probably prefer someone not spend 1 - 3 hrs waiting but it's non-optional for some people. Needs more comfortable seating. Not enough of an issue to make me go elsewhere but does make me not look forward to my visit if I have to wait.
