We moved here about 3 yrs ago and are currently stationed at MCAS Yuma. After a few trys and misses I met Neddie at Spritz. I have been going to her ever since. She is great at color and highlighting!! If you're looking for a quick cut and color this is not the place. Come prepared because she is meticulous and does it right even if it takes 2 hours. I have never had anything less than natural looking color and highlights and the perfect cut with her. Give it a shot! Just remember that it is not cheap! Midscale price wise.
