If you want a company to rip you off this is it. Not only do they generate and approve their own work orders they send it to a company called ABS improvement & repair that is also owned by Kachina's owner Mark Rounsville. I suggest that any community immediately preform an independent audit and you will find thousands of dollars in phony invoices billed to your community for repairs that were never done. By the way A.B.S. is run by Mark's brother and is in the same suite of offices as Kachina. They leave that off of the invoices to mislead you. Worst company ever!
