Kachina is the best management company our HOA has ever had. We are extrememly pleased with our new property manager. They have been very helpful in directing our hoa to collect from homeowners who do not pay their dues in a very difficult market time. They are on site on a regular basis and are helping us control those homeowners who don't make an effort to maintain their front yards. As for the guy who wrote complaining about getting a fine ... well lets face it if you really were mowing your lawn once a week then your grass would never be tall enough to get a letter. Not believing his story at all. It takes three letters to even get a fine.
