Absolutly no customer service skills. I am the President of my HOA and basically I was doing the work for Kachina. Property managers coming and going, poor leadership by the owner Mark Rounsaville, they basically collect their fee's an do as little work as possible. When I terminated them after 8 years the owner got very Belligerent with us. All I can say is good ridance to bad management companies. If you are looking into a management company that is good at collecting arrears don't use Kachina I left them 9/08 my complex has $20,000 in Delinquencies.
