Very disappointed in the manor of which our situation was handled. Mark was very unprofessional and very rude. I had called about a block party two months prior and left 3 messages and no one returned my calls. We were going to go ahead with the block party and they found out 3 days before and then decided to call and unfortunately we had to cancel the party. Mark did not respect me in the conversation we had and he would not let me speak and kept talking over me. Very difficult to deal with.
