My condominium association has been with Kachina Management for 15 years. We have had nothing but great service in all this time. The housing market is tough place right now with people litterally walking awat from their homes, not sure I believe the post from Miller as it is tough to get a dead beat to pay. She sounds uneducated in the hoa industry. Our community has had some trying times with making very expensive repairs to replace our roofs. Through the help of the management company we have been able to replenish our reserves in the last three years after a large expense to repair our roofs.
