I loved getting pampered there, don't get me wrong. I went in for a mani/pedi, haircut and highlights. The girl did my mani/pedi (Virginia) was wonderful. I was soaking my feet next to a guy with really bad athlete's foot. Then Virginia used some of the same implements and she told me the solution would kill the germs. My feet have been itchy. I don't understand why the owner wouldn't provide an autoclave and good implements for the salon to use, I won't go there again, I loved Virginia and her work, however, the germ thing is huge, you can lose nails and have stubborn medical infections if your implements are used from customer to customer without proper sterilization. Zhanna, when you get an autoclave, I will return. YUCK!
