Review content:
We were given a quote to install 2 thermostats and a humidifier. They mounted but did not get either thermostat or humidifier working properly. I could have screwed the thermostats to the wall myself, but the have to work (turn on heat and cold when signaled!) and that?s what was agreed to and contracted, but not what was delivered.
The techs told my wife they were finished, she paid them and they left. I got home later that day to find out that nothing they installed was working properly. I called their office manager, he said he'll send them back. They came back and got only the heat side of thermostats to work, but said they'd be back the next day after checking with the manufacturer on how to properly install the items. Nine days later no calls and no return service from AUX. After 4 weeks of constant calling and their refusal to comply with their contract unless we paid them more money ($95/hour, per their service manager) to repair the job they didn't do right to begin. We have 3 children and required heat and AC and were forced to call another HVAC company to fix the failed Aux Mechanical $575.00 installation.
These people are worse than unknowledgeable and unprofessional heating and cooling company, they will waste your time and hard earned money. Please stay far away from these people!
