This is awesome Salon and do recommend it highly.I know the Owner personally and I can't believe the comment has been made by Pat J. I think she needs to see a psychologist ! So much hate have this person ! Totally misleading and making racial comments .She is lucky that she is not sued for that for now. All the stupid comments about how the Owner should run his business ?! Staring at clients and his staff ?! How about he is making sure the business is ruining smoothly and everything is okay ?! Talking to somebody at front desk in English and different language and personal ?! Yes people are from different backgrounds and sometimes they do speak their own language ! My background is Russian and it's my right to speak with my Russian friends Russian ! I know he is very professional and he do cares about his business ,staff and customers. Since he took over, the Salon is much nicer ,more elegant and appealing. He purchased a nice espresso machine and got a much better water system called revers-osmosis,which cost him much more than the cheap bottled water that this person ( I would like to call her different ,but I'll try to be nice here ) bitching about it ! And you can have unlimited coffee and water ! Also she is making comments about how unattractive she is .....well sorry about that ! He treats every customer with respect and professionalism .I know that ,I have seen it.
