I have been using professional movers for years and was a little indifferent about which ones I used as long as the price was right. I have moved around a lot this past year and expected some damage when moving because I figured that it was all part of the process. The movers that American Van Lines sent to handle my move were a lot more approachable than the movers I was used to dealing with. When they started packing my stuff, I really started to see what sets them apart from other movers. They took their time with every item making sure everything was secure before loading them onto the truck. They remained polite through the whole move and made time to answer every question I asked them. Once everything was delivered to my home, I was pleasantly surprised that nothing was damaged or even scratched. I used to think that every moving company was the same but I have a completely new perception of how a moving company should be. Thanks American Van Lines for showing me that you can have a perfect moving experience.
