Review content:
One of the carpets at my rental property was so bad, full of odor, pet stains and different color stains. I had a carpet company come out and they refused to do the job. I had to get someone out immediately before I could rent out this place. I ended up looking for another carpet cleaning company and found Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services good reviews all over the internet. I called them up and the lady set me up the same day. They were very nice gentlemen, Barry came and observed the carpet and gave me a quote. He explained everything. I was also notified that their was no extra charge to remove the stains. Even though I paid extra for the stains and odor in the past with other companies, the spots and odor never came out completely .This time everything was gone. I let the carpet dry, the next day I came back to the rental home I saw a huge difference. The carpet looked new again. I was able to get the home rented right away. Thanks to Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services saving me on a last minute call.
