We needed a serious heavy duty cleaning of our carpet, area rugs, ceramic tile, and carpet restretching in 9 rooms in our house. After 5 years since our last cleaning the carpet was in bad condition. My Dad found Orlando carpet cleaning services on Angies list and said they were the highest rated members on the list for the local Orlando area. It was a huge carpet cleaning job there were lots of problem carpet stains like paint, ink, grease from my roll around chair, Wine and food stains from our New Years Eve party, Worst of all we have two cats that throw up red hair ball things all over the carpet. We were never able to get them out. The two senior technicians treated and removed all the carpet stains while the carpet repair technician repaired the carpet. They moved like clockwork through the entire house. They finished the whole cleaning job in two hours and it was perfect, better than when we moved in! They explained the cleaning process as they went along in detail. The price was the same as we were quoted over the phone and there were no surprise costs of any kind. The carpet was dry in three hours. The customer service manager called the next day to see if we were happy. Great customer service we were fully satisfied with this carpet cleaner.
