I recently purchased one of the many foreclosure deals here in central Florida. It was a 3500SF 6 bedroom home almost completely totaled. We had to do nearly 50K in repairs to make it livable. We ran out of money when it came to flooring. We felt the carpet had to be replaced but it wasn't in the budget. I found some reviews for Orlando carpet cleaning services and searched there website. I called and scheduled 10 areas of the specialty carpet restoration cleaning services with hopes that at least something will come out of the carpet. They came out and cleaned the carpet and it was a total transformation. The carpet looked as if we had new carpet installed. In no way shape of form did I think the carpet would be able to be cleaned and restored a hundred percent. This carpet cleaner was surely impressive. It was worth the few days wait for an appointment. We save 20 grand in replacement cost. The technicians said we could get another 6-10 years out of the carpet if we clean and maintain it yearly.
