Last year we used a citrus natural dry carpet cleaning process that did absolutely nothing but damage the carpet. Knowing nothing about carpet cleaning I opened the coupon clipper book and looked for the best deal. Now that I educated I would never hire someone out of the coupon book without doing research on the reputation of the business first. This year I spent time reviewing companies and I came up with Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services . They gave me a free education about the carpet cleaning process and explained about carpet warranty. The only approved method of cleaning for 99% of the carpet cleaning manufactures out there is hot water extraction. Some companies will even void your warranty if you dry clean your carpet. I verified this by going to my carpet manufactures website and sure enough in plain English they void the warranty if you use a dry clean process. They also state that if you don?t get your carpet cleaned using a Hot water extraction process and use Scotchgard protectant that they will also void your warranty. I Hired Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services and they did a great job removing all the residue from last year?s cleaning and make the carpets look fantastic. They really brought the life back into the carpet.
