Not Satisfied with Performance, 83 unit condo complex, contract terminated, 08/2012. Marina makes the bulk of their revenue from big accounts like The Irvine Company and Disneyland, in Orange County, California. They are disinterested in the level of service given to their smaller accounts, albeit this comment is based on an 83 unit condo complex contract, and NOT a one residence home. They apparently did like the revenue however, which was in excess of $2,000 per month. When their immediate managers are told of problems with level of service, they reciprocate by offering to replant flower beds on a quarterly basis for free, and not solve any of their internal problems, like communication amongst their management to their crew, and their crew's knowledge or adherence to any sort of chain of command, taking landscape orders and requests from whomever may be walking through their account's greenbelts at any given point in time. Many of the community's residents had their patios filled with clipping debris from Marina's use of blowers, blowing the greenbelt clippings directly into patios thru patio fences. The edging of the sidewalks was very crooked, and was about 1 inch into the turf from the sidewalk edge, posing a trip hazard to anyone who might get the edge of their shoe between the sidewalks edge and where the grass ended from the awkward edging style. Not recommended, crews, management, and organization combined.
