Review content:
I emailed this AlphaGraphics to order some business cards, and submitted a jpg file along with my email. It was designed by a friend with a Bachelors degree in Graphic Arts, so I was very confident in the design parameters. The clerk told me it was NOT correct and I needed to change the margins or they could do it for $20. So my friend changed it, I resubmitted the design and he still said it was wrong. I told him to cancel my order and I would go somewhere else. That was on a Thursday. On Saturday I noticed he STILL charged my card the full price of the order that I did not submit. Monday no one will return my phone calls or emails about a credit to my account. The guy was nasty and rude, and now I am really angry because I cannot get a refund on something I never ordered in the first place. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. They are horrible.
