This is the worst place ever. The staff is constinatly changing meaning they fire people left and right. They dont respect there side of the contract but expect you to follow it. My child was sick every week with pink eye, the flu, etc.. The administration will find way so you have to pay more money..The customer is NEVER right here!! Horrible Customer Service.They Only care about the money. Wouldnt let me pay every two weeks instead of weekly after being told i could. Iniatlly was told there was a part for two year old children and after enrollement said there wasnt and DENIED ever telling us there was... There Cameras were always down. My child became afraid of going there and afraid of the toilet And after mentioning it They felt the need to diagnose my child!!! When talking with the manager she stated that going to her sons baseball game was more important than customer service!!They pick and choose what to follow on hte contract and what not to follow!!! I disenrolled my child only after 1 Month of Horrible service. DONT GO THERE!!! VERY SHADY ORGANIZATION. WASTE OF MONEY!!!
